Customer Rules & Guidelines

To ensure a smooth and efficient service, we kindly request that our customers adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Access & Setup
   • Ensure we have clear access to the areas to be cleaned.
   • Provide access to an outdoor water tap and electricity if required.
   • Secure all pets and keep children away from the work area during service.
2. Property Preparation
   • Move or cover items (furniture, décor, vehicles, etc.) that could be damaged by water, chemicals, or pressure.
   • Notify us of any fragile surfaces, damaged areas, or sensitive finishes prior to work.
3. Liability Limits
   • We are not responsible for damage to items left in vulnerable positions or for pre-existing damage.
   • Some surfaces may react differently to pressure or chemical cleaning. By proceeding, you accept this risk unless otherwise noted.
4. Weather Conditions
   • Jobs may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather. We’ll notify you as early as possible.
5. Cancellations
   • At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
   • Cancellations within 24 hours of your booking may incur a fee.
6. Payment Terms
   • Payment is due immediately upon job completion unless otherwise agreed.
   • We accept cash, bank transfer, or agreed payment methods. Late payments may incur fees.
7. Aftercare
   • Avoid walking on cleaned surfaces until dry.
   • Inform us within 48 hours if there are concerns with the job so we can address them promptly.
8. Photos
   • We may take before/after photos for quality control and promotional use. You can opt out by request.

Liability

While Diamond Power Wash takes utmost care in providing our services, there are certain limitations to our liability:
